Account Recovery Help

Hi all, hope I can explain this correctly. It looks like I have both an Origins Apex account and an Xbox Apex account. I originally used to play on Xbox, took a break, maybe played a few games on PC as a trial where I guess I may have made another account. Now I tried to play on my Xbox again after a few years and don't have any of my characters and had to restart. If you look up Herminatoriii on the Apex stats website you can see my old Xbox account. I am currently signed into EA and my account is linked to Xbox and I can't unlink until 2026, but I guess I am somehow logged into my Origin account on Xbox? I'm not even sure I am correct in what I'm saying because I don't play a lot but was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this.

    Hey Herminatoriii​,

    It doesn't look like the EA account you're posting with currently has ever launched Apex on Xbox. If you played on Xbox previously, that would have been linked to another account at the time.

    Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means you'd just need to figure out which EA account was originally linked to that Xbox and try signing back in there instead.

    If you're not sure which account may have been used or no longer have access to it, you can try these steps to recover an old account or contact support at the bottom of the page if needed.
