so i turned on apex after a while and i cant play on the account it says abandon penalty but another EA advisor told me the acc isnt banned and i should change my pass and try again but that didnt work.so now i cant play on the account and EA Cant help me with that
This is, once more, a repeated issue with this game.
You got 100% hacked.
Tackle the issue while it's hot. I would literally make a ticket to ask to unban you, if they won't (assuming you provided proof of your innocence) simply asking for the IP address and date of the offence so that they compare your actual IP address will do the trick) and they have to tell you since it's YOUR info.
If they refuse, and you can't access your goods that you PAID for, then immediately contact FTC (Federal Trade Commission), they will guide you through and will contact EA on your behalf. Seems like a too big of a step, but it's the only way to access the goods you paid for.
