If you have a sanction on your account @Capt_sneaky then you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team
The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
- Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Fill out any other details below.
- For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
- Click Select contact option.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

@EA_Darko I have, but no one has actually answered any of my questions or concerns. The only thing I have received is, " we will get back to you soon" contact us with questions. Well I can't contact anyone, with anything without opening a case which I was told would restart this whole process. This is completely mind blowing, why would you treat a paying customer this way

No one on AHQ can assist you with an issue relating to a ToS sanction @Capt_sneaky.
You need to be patient and give our ToS team time to investigate and respond.

@EA_Darkoi have not still received anything on why i was banned/suspended, and its been a week. Now besides ToS who can assist me with this? because i have over $300 dollars invested into this account.

As I have advised @Capt_sneaky. The only people who can help you in relation to your Terms of Service enquiry is our ToS team. You will need to wait till you hear back from them. There is no one on AHQ who can provide any information or assistance in relation to your issue beyond the information I have already shared.
