Activated code for 1000 coints, but didnt get em

Apex Legends, this account. Yes there was a message that i activated successfully. FAQ says i should wait for 72 hours but i doubt something will change.

i tried to find a proper button which calls "Submit a ticket" for half hour, there is none, **bleep** it. Most terrible support i ever seen.
