afk ARENA people!

All Morning I have been seeing people going afk Messing up my KD i have been working hard to get over 1.00. I know that's much to you'll but still. I'll get into a game and kill 1 or 2 people and sometimes all 3 the first round. but stop to check on my mates and well they are just standing there not doing a damn thing. when the other team notices the go ape *. and its over with. I don't care anymore I will just leave the game when i see people go afk. I don't care for the penalty. I think is dumb to have a penalty if u leave game before it starts. I tryed reporting people for Sabotaging the game. I not sure if that is even working! Idk what to do

@lotuswargod It's stupid, at least they need to give them inactive game penalties, let them not play for half an hour so at least they don't screw others game for a while. In Arenas every second counts, there is no place there for an inactive player.

It's annoying but I don't think there's anything you can do.
You can't have loss forgiveness for a TM abandoning the game early. If so, every losing team would quit early to grab the loss forgiveness.
It should, however, be easy for the game to notice an AFK TM. Movement is measured as it is used on some banners. If a player's total movement during an Arena game is 0, then loss forgiveness should kick in. However, this should be made known to stop TMs punching AFK players as is often the case!

i TRY to punch them into the force field to die! I mean they don't care! wish that would count toward my kd!

I thought arenas didn’t count towards stats?

Yeah, too many AFK people in Arena.
Even in Ranked Arena!! ☹️

Actually there is. 🙂
That is separate from BR but you can check your stats in Arena.

@MyName1sNotJohn I used to think the same. It appears *SOME* of it does. With Fuse, for example, the "Knuckle Cluster Hit" stat seems to update in Arenas. Distance thrown for grenades might also (did not check that one). I think Rampart's shield damage blocked stat gets updated too.
Kills, no, that doesn't get updated. Nor does your K/D and average damage it appears. It seems a bit hit and miss. Would be nice to see an official statement on this.

I can not agree more! I don't care you suck at the game at least try! I won't be mad. I had a guy a while back just kept on dying like 3 times in total. well i down 1 guy and got sniped and downed this guy we had to get up 3 times pull the win out of his butt lol he had 3 grenades thrown and a pistol 1 grenade hits the sniper and dog fight pistol versus sniper it was so funny!

season 13 and still no fix or penalty for inactive players

@lotuswargod I usually have this problem if we lose the first game. Someone just doesnt play. I wonder what kind of chronic sniveling puke gives up after a setback. Life is going to be a big surprise if they cannot handle a loss in arena.
