@Ac3myN1gga I actually like the feel, the only problem is strafing.
Coming from Quake where movement was super fast and crisp as much as it can be (in my opinion you just don't get faster than that, even with Octain stim :D) I felt from visual perception that I am strafing a lot and very well in Apex.
Yet to my surprise in my first 1:1 training with somewhat competitive player (D4) I was just distroyed and he really just laughed about my strafing saying "what are you doing rotating around your axis"...
From my perspective I was going like crazy, from his, he said that he hadn't had easier target than this, especially when you combine strafing with bigger model of Gibby, Caustic, Path, Rev.
So the only solution where was to unlock 3rd party view mode in firing range and do the work, base my mechanics on input not visuals as you can't transfer that feel of movement from 3rd party to 1st party, only thing you can do is just do the same type of input, which is very unnatural thing to do - it almost feels like I have to drive a car same as I would drive a truck and just trust that it will work out just fine 🙂

You can no longer activate either firing range Easter egg.

Pity. Why did they remove it?!- pandareno19994 years agoHero+
@Eshshshss We've not been told a word about it AFAIK. Several silent changes have been made to the respawn mechanic in firing range over the last few months. Currently, you die and your inventory is wiped out when you change legends.
If i had to guess, there was something people were exploiting, and changing the respawn system was the easy way to stop it. Normally I'd be raising a fuss about it, but with all the game's issues I really doubt this one can achieve much traction right now.
