@Lord_Scorpion34 I think it has more to do with the fact that the 99 is a very difficult gun to use and it has no margin for error. It's a kill instantly or be killed gun, the margin for error expands slightly if you have a purple mag. But there still is not much room to miss shots. If you have to reload that thing in the higher skill lobbies against a Flatline you are dead. You either 1 clip the person with the flatline or die mid reload.
The Alternator is much more forgiving. So the success rate with it is going to be higher.
