am i allowed to use vpn to buy packs from belgium?

belgium packs give coins only. and since i strarted on my ps account i have a lot to unlock in the heros i use. so i want to buy coins from belgium connecting my ps5 to my pc and using nord vpn to go...

Technically it's not allowed and action could be taken as selling packs could have legal consequences for EA.
I haven't seen anyone banned for it, last time I checked I wasn't possible anymore to do.

As a Belgian myself I understand the struggle of not being able to buy packs
