an innocent van

A half-a-half-hour ago, you know, why you got banged up

We have received an updated message about the action taken on your account, we have conducted all possible investigations into this matter and will not reverse the decision.

Please do not expect further answers on this matter. 

I don't know how many times I've received such a reply. I don't know why it's so hard to tell them? Shouldn't you tell them what regulations they violated? Wouldn't it be unfair to hear that they got a van when they logged on after not accessing it for a few days? It's only been about 3 months since I started playing eAEC. I'm really curious why they got a van. I was just not going to play eA game again. I tried not to log on for a few days, but my friend got a van yesterday. Likewise, I didn't want to visit my eA neighborhood, but my friend got a van, so I'm posting again because I'm so angry. If I post it here, they'll send me an e-mail because they can't handle the matter, right? Are you bored? Are you going to let people who haven't even accessed it? I don't know what the investigation was about, but... Shouldn't you listen to the words of the person who got a van? Does eA operate poorly? Or are you ignoring them thinking that one user is going to disappear? I can't even catch them... I've heard rumors that eA communication is bad, but I didn't know I'd be beaten... I've played many games in my 40 years of life, but... It's the first time I've been hit by a van... I've also seen companies that operate one-sidedly like this. I hope other users don't get hurt like this... I'm posting again.

This is what your CEO posted on the website... Communication is a mess... I'm trying to listen to it, but I don't. What communication? 

Trash stuff....it's so infuriating....

    Hey ost7478,

    Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. If you've already reached out to our terms of service team several times but they've decided to uphold the ban, then I'm afraid the account will very likely stay banned. They're the only team that can look into bans.
