Animated Rank Badge

Hi . do i have to hit Masters twice this season to be able to get animated Masters Badge or  i can  get animated badge just by hitting masters on 2nd split once only . sorry im just confused x( . im ...

I finished gold 3 split 1 and platinum 4 split 2 in season 21, yet my ranked badge is not animated.

    Alright thank you, my definition of match is different bc getting gold twice and surpassing it in the 2nd split sounds like matching it to me.
