Anniversary event - not received rewards

Hi everyone,

I’m not sure if anyone else has had this problem but I’ve completed multiple anniversary event challenges I haven’t received any of the rewards however it says I have completed the objective after finishing a match. I am also stuck on 1000 points on the events tracker even though I have completed the objectives that reward event points ( I have waited a few days thinking a simple restart would fix it but no) I was told to just wait for the “servers to refresh”. I’m just sort of confused as to why this is happening. I’ve attached an image showing that the game says I’ve got the rewards but they don’t seem to appear in my account and I am confused
