@TheDuckLord1234I believe you would have to make a ban appeal to find out?

I would have to agree with Bunnytwo however, in sharing your account with your brother, you yourself have also broken the TOS.

I haven’t gotten the chance to speak to an actual ea help associate just your regular automated bot message, so far they haven’t been to keen on helping me with the specifics of this matter

Your account will stay banned! Does not matter how much money was spent.
You broke the rules!
Account sharing is against the terms of service. This is standard for all online games.
You're responsible for all actions on your account! (Again this is standard in all games!)
Whatever your brother did while playing is on you!
This can sometimes include being hacked, if you make poor decisions.
You see everyone would make this claim to avoid bans, hopefully you learn you lesson from this.

@TheDuckLord1234 It's a shame your brother wasn't respectful with what wasn't his..but then again why would he be? It wasn't his account he got banned.
