Anvil Receiver is Back

@asukojoSuper exciting if true. Loved the anvil when it was in game. It's a solid hop up and definitely makes the 301 OP.

@BaldWraithSimp even just a 2x or 1x-2x will do on the 301/flatline with anvil. I'm excited to see it. Really interested to see what Tollis will do with it. He's a 301/Mastiff player, so giving him a single fire mod for some range should be interesting to watch.
