I'm not excited but it may very well be because we don't know for certain how he will integrate into gameplay, his personality, or even the his story dynamic with other legends.
Maybe ask again in a couple more days.
I've seen the info on his abilities but how outdated that info is could change everything or nothing.
I solo autofill almost exclusively so my view on the currently believed abilities shouldn't come as a surprise.
CC resistance good, self immobilising ultimate bad.
Ability to see enemy HP will have diminishing returns for people with decent game sense and teammates with microphones. Might be nice for target priority during the hottest hot drops.
@cooperal1012Completely right, to add to this we already got a character that does most things that he can way better for over a year now, our local korean boy. Crypto even has the same weakness of being immobilized but his drone surpasses his tactical and his EMP is better both in aggressive and defensive scenarios than the rest of his kit. The only thing Seer has going for him is the CC resistance but that will likely never justify bringing him over Crypto, especially when Crypto is one of those few Legends that offer genuine immersion through specialization. Seer looks likehe could be one of those jack of all trades characters that will be mostly useless like in most RPGs and hero based games.
The fact that he sees enemy HP will not be nearly as useful as it sounds because this game does not allow you to be selective in your fights anyway.

@BigBlackCaustic Idk man, that passive in the hands of somebody who knows how to read a fight and push appropriately is going to be a powerful tool.
At the very least there's going to be less people yelling "he's one hit!" And being completely wrong. (You know who you are! XD)
