Apex Account Banned and no response

My account was hacked and banned, I have emailed the tos team to appeal and it has been 40 DAYS. I talked to customer service 2 weeks ago and they said " it won't take long". You are just messing ...

Hey @its_smol_pp_tho, if you have raised an appeal with our TOS team then you will need to wait for them to respond.

The best thing to do is to keep an eye on your email for a response from the team.

If ToS team has so much work, that clients have to wait for weeks (months?), then maybe EA should hire more people? Or they expect that soon situation will normalize?
