Apex account banned (didn't received any e-mail at all)

Heyguys ,  my apex account  was banned, it says "my game client account has be banned " when i tried to log in via website, but i haven't received any e-mail regarding the ban, i have checked all e-m...

    Hey @EG_suz. 

    I'm afraid that account bans aren't something we would be able to investigate here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to investigate your account and determine if the ban could be overturned. 

    For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. The TOS team will get back to you via email as soon as they can.

@EG_suz Hey man. Sorry to hear that you are having this issue. There is an EA live chat that you are able to use if you search it up and I am sure someone there will be able to give you some answers. Personally, this has never happened to me. It seems very strange that you would get a ban out of the blue though because this is very rare if it has happened.
I would suggest speaking to the team on the live chat and seeing if they can help you at all.
