Apex account transfer

Why doesnt apex let progress be transfered to new accounts (example: one xbox account to another xbox account)

    Hey @Reid4270j there are a number of factors in play when it comes to accounts and the ability to transfer and what can and cannot be transferred.

    I'm a Indian player who is playing Apex legends mobile by using vpn in the Mexico server.I want to know that whether I can play in this same account after the global release in Indian server. Plz answer
