APEX arbitrarily banned an account.
Title: APEX Account Wrongfully Banned – Need Help from the Community!
Hey everyone,
I’m really feeling devastated right now.
I tried logging into APEX today and found out my account has been banned. I’ve been playing for several seasons and even spent quite a bit of money on it. I just can’t accept losing it like this.
Let me be clear—I absolutely did not use any cheats, macros, or third-party software. My KD has always been around 0.x. I’m just a casual player who dies right after landing most of the time. Why would I even cheat?
I’ve thought about a few possible reasons:
First, it might be related to my VPN/booster. I live in China and can’t play without a booster, so I’ve always used a legitimate one. Could it be that the IP node I was using was previously flagged for cheating, and I got banned by association?
Second, maybe it was a false positive from my system. I only have everyday software installed on my PC, and I use the default antivirus. Could some background process have been mistakenly flagged?
Third, my in-game behavior is completely normal. I don’t trash-talk, I don’t smurf, and I rarely even team up. There’s absolutely no reason for a ban.
The problem now is that when I try to appeal through EA Help, I only get automated replies saying the ban stands. I can’t even get a human to review my case. It feels like I’ve been hit by a false positive and handed a death sentence with no way to fight it.
I wanted to ask if anyone here has been in a similar situation and successfully got their account back? Is there any other way to appeal besides EA Help? Is there still hope for my account?
I’m really asking sincerely. I don’t want to lose an account I’ve worked so hard on. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
