xiaolinZC If there is no ban history, (but you are banned in-game), try creating an appeal from here:
"contact TOS Team" thats literally impossible there is zero way to contact them and this webform doesn't work either it just directs you to self serve options.
VoringVorb If you had already appealed your ban 3 times, that might be why as EA only allows players the chance to appeal their ban up to 3 times.
Now there isn't even an option to contact customer service.
