Apex Coins Not Processing

I'm trying to buy Apex Coins for a limited deal on Apex and my Apex Coins won't process even though I had bought Apex Coins the other day. The transaction goes through successfully on Steam, there's funds on my Steam wallet, but once I authorize the payment for Apex Coins, I get redirected to Apex as if the transaction went through when it doesn't. I see the currencies at the top right of my screen loading as if about to change, but nothing happens. There is no troubleshoot or forum that I can find that helps. I've completely restarted both Steam and Apex.
