Apex coins redeemed?

Help, I didn’t know that I had 2 apex accounts and since the login for my main initially showed the email for my secondary, I claimed to the wrong account. EA support has been no help giving me auto generated responses saying there’s nothing I can do. Who should I contact to resolve this
