Apex coins

at first i tried buying some apex coins on the steam layout, but for trying 2 times it didnt work(a take note both of these tries are for 10$ apex coins, but then it tried to buy the 25$ apex coins and it worked!  but i needed more, so i tried buying a 5 dollar one it didnt work again, so i tried buying some apex coins in EA app another 10$ charged on my debit card that i didnt recieve my apex coins, and then i searched online and people said just wait, i waited for almost 1 week it didnt give back my apex coins, and my bank has approved the charges, so i tried buying 10$ if apex coins again but it didnt work once again, so i tried buying a 10$ apex giftcard on amazon and redeaming it, but to my surprise, no apex coins again I HAVE LOST BASICALLY 50$ or more pls help

    I'm really sorry to hear you didn't receive the content you've purchased. 

    For assistance with that, please contact EA Help Support

    Please note that they may ask you to login in-game using the EA app first as this might help push the purchases through, so I'd suggest that you do that first before contacting them. Once you've done so, if you still haven't gotten any of the coins, then collect proof of purchase as explained in this article and have that ready for when contacting support!

     i made a case explaining everything, IT says its fixed but, i still dont have my apex coins, so i made another case saying that i tried follwing instructions and it didnt work, it says waiting on player but it doesnt show any chat.

    @Kunosu0w0 i forgot to mention i had pictues in the cases and circled out the payments that didnt give me apex coins

    Hey @Kunosu0w0,

    Can you please try going to My Cases and then try resuming the case from there? They should have requested some further information from you. 

    In case you're unable to reach them when resuming the case, could you please record a short video of what you see on your end while trying to resume the case?
