Apex Elite Circle Damage Decreased

Not enough tho, should be completely normal value.

I'm not even playing elite anymore unless it's normal damage, ring, also first. Still kills every team that just had to win back to back fights against 2 or even 3 other teams.

Being a winner = losing in elite mode.

I guess I am the only one that likes the circle dmg yes you have to play a little different because you have to pay attention at the start of a game but I still like it no more dirty campers camping in the circle 

I really dislike the increased circle damage. I understand their intent to keep people from camping outside the ring but increasing the damage ruins it for others who play the game right. At the end of the day campers are going to camp. This has been in games for many many years now. With the increased damage you'll have those so called campers squatting in buildings. They will find a way to camp. 

I have had so many fun/crazy battles on the storms edge and now I feel those encounters are gone because you don't want to die by the storm within two ticks. Always a select few who ruins for others. 

I LOVE the circle damage and think it should stay, even in normal mode... Too many people purposely wait in the ring or right outside of it to fight. That's the dumbest thing I've ever seen in a game. The whole point of the ring closing is to scare people into looting fast, kill people along the way, and set up for a better spot in the circle.

But it doesn't prevent passive play at all, I died to the ring numerous times solely for reason of being in combat. New ring damage is incentive to drop center of map, sneak into next zone unseen, and hide, repeat untill you're in last 5 squads, and by the end those campers have white armor and usually bad guns without attachments.

I was watching Mendokusaii stream last night, and every game, the 3 of the last 4 squads was just a solo camper literally crouching In a bush.

It was a small circle left, yet 4 squads remained.

The problem with ring damage is that it created many more campers, it literally worked contra effective.

@Wingmannedbro I don't think it's creating anything new, imo. This is how a lot of people play other games. You've got to be smarter with who you push, especially since your Elite participation and streak is on the line. It just makes sense to not play the same way as regular mode.

Literally drop skull town or thunder dome every game I play and have been killed by elite ring very few times have left skull town multiple times with 9-12 kills as a squad and make it to the ring no problem sounds to me like you are doing to much looting if it is regularly killing you 

you just need to be more aware of the circle and if it is a long way away just be more aggressive in your gunfights to finish them quickly

You must be fighting some proper trashcans if that's the case. Any chance even 1 or those squads put up any resistance at all?

First round is only like, 2 minutes, I draw it into question that you have time to loot, and slam dunk 4 squads completely solo in only 2 minutes, with 30 seconds to spare to run to a far ring (lets imagine it's north east section of the map) I don't know man, the math isn't really supportive of that.

They must be pretty bad, and never hit shots on you.

If you get hurt, and need to go find syringes or medkits you don't already have even once, that occupies between 30 sec to 1 min of your time depending on luck. 25% to 50% of the round 1 time.
