loba should have to charges of her tacitcal like bangalore does with her smoke launcher so when she throws once theres a 10 seconds cooldown to regain the charge back and a 25 second cooldown with all charges are used and after the 25 seconds one charged is refunded and 10 seconds after the other charge or give it a pathfinder like cooldown where the amount of distance travveled alters the cooldown and the cap should be 25 seconds too
