U can just set that via windows, select monitor and make it main.

Going into display settings, changing primary monitor, opening the game, adjusting game resolution, going back into display settings, changing primary monitor again. Doing all that just to launch the game makes it unplayable, especially when it seems to be such a simple fix considering pretty much every other game out there has that option.
