Apex legends abandon penalty
Can yall please get rid of this stupid thing? It sucks when your team abandons you and I'm waiting for nothing.

The leaver penalty is the best feature of Season 3. Leave it. The only change they should make is if a teammate grabs your banner and doesn't respawn you within a minute or two, then you can leave without penalty. Two minutes out of your day isn't much. Stick with your team and you'll either win or lose. Simple.
Another thing to think about/something that needs to get fixed possibly. In ranked, I've played games where we got to the top 3 and 2 people on our team has died (including me) so I was spectating the last person who eventually gets knocked. While the the enemies were finishing their last shot to kill them, I basically knew the game was already over so I quickly left. the prompt came up that I could still be respawned - it said this assumably because they had a lvl 4 knockdown shield - but died about 2 seconds later. So I end up getting an abandonment penalty even though I left 2 seconds or less before the game was over... Pretty harsh. This has happened 3 times.
Yeah this is also so fkn annoying. Happened to me several times. The other day i got penalty for leaving like 0.5 sec before defeat when i was the last player left and the winning squad was finishing me. I mean there is 100% chance that i would die. If we weren't the last two squad i would get it, but ffs come on...
