Account blocked for no reason

my account was recently permanently blocked for no reason, I think I was hacked because I hadn't opened the game for a long time and found it blocked, or the computer my account is associated with may have detected corrupted files. I have never used cheats or broken the guidelines in any way, I have contacted ea support but they have done nothing about it, I have had this account since the day the game came out and I would like it back.
