Octane's slight nerf is welcomed, and i'm curious to see the addition to Rev's ult, although i don't think it'll be that effective.
Wattson not even mentioned apart for a little bug lol, poor girl.
@Cro_Pittt If I remember correctly, Octane passive regeneration was actually a bug. It was supposed to be 1.0 all along.
