@hhnbbfggty66Here's a fairly simple solution for you. Step 1: Join a LFG Apex group on reddit, facebook, discord, etc. Step 2: Find a team that fits with your playstyle and is a similar skill level to you. Step 3: Boom, now you don't have to complain about carrying noobs anymore.
