Apex Legends lifeline edition and apex legends bloodhound edition

Hello, i have a question about PS4 for this editions.

As i can see there is disc included and a voucer code, do i need disc to activate codes and all goodies or i can just enter voucher code to activate all goodies? My disc reader is not working in my PS4 and i hope i can get this without using disc :D 

Also does this apply to all existing accounts or is this only for new accounts? 

Will this be PSN based code or you enter this code Apex ingame?

    I think it'll be an account-based one-use code, and the disk won't be needed, it's just a way for someone who hasn't played yet to get starting on an install of the game. I'll try to make sure this is the case so you have the right info when these editions go on sale.

    Hi one more question, can i buy both editions or its restircted only to one?

    @s1337  You only need the codes. So if you buy both they should work on the same pc/console.

    My question is if i buy Lifeline and Blookdhunt can i use both on one account?
