Apex legends ps4

I don't know what it is but my Apex has been constantly dropping frames since 2 days. The connection to the servers are also extremely bad for no reason. It's been working fine, that until recently. I have no idea what could've caused this but it's really annoying and it just ruins the fun for me. Any ideas what's causing this? Am I missing something?
