I’ll make sure the CM is aware of this when I get home from work.
There have been issues with past heirloom events, EA always makes it right. So please just be patient and let them fix it.

Ea live support told me there is no procedure to fix issues like this. The same thing happened to me the other night
- @DomPlayz101 It’s a known issue and itMs being looked at. EA and respawn always make this right.
