I'm not so sure, over the course of 2 days I've had my case transferred to at least 5-10 different support members, who have just told me there is no way to add the heirloom to my account, then proceeded to avoid my request for a refund and answer any part of my question except for the refund question. Slightly concerned if I'm just not gonna get it at all.

@SkyMirage25 It would be a legal breach on their part to leave this issue you're having unresolved.
It should get sorted....eventually, reddit also filled with people reporting this issue so its definitelyon their radar.
- 4 years ago@MandatoryIDtag I figure it would get sorted at some point, but at this point I'd rather just get the refund and purchase the summer exclusive bundles so I have at least some cool skins to use, rather than wait who knows how long for the heirloom, but alas any question involving a refund has been ignored.

@SkyMirage25 I guess it's kind of a grey area. You technically paid for the skins you received, so in that sense the transaction was flawless if that makes sense? The issue is the heirloom itself. Which is probably why the refund subject is being edged around.
I personally feel anybody suffering with this issue SHOULD have an option to receive a refund, unfortunately my words carry absolutely no weight haha. 😛
