How do i contact EA support directly?

Im not able to log back into my old xbox account so i went to disconnect it from my EA account and realized the devastating factor. That you are not able to change it at all if it had one connected before. Me personally i think this is a very silly rule that shouldnt be here, please help me contact EA so that i can get my expensive account back.
