Apex Legends Torunament Xbox One Central EU

I write you guys from Budapest, Hungary (CentralEU)
I have an event organizer Company in Budapest, and we are going to organize e-sport evenets, in 2020.
Firs of all, we are thinking about an Apex and FIfa tournament
There is anyone who already organized e.sport event. What kind of permissions do we need from EA?
There is any option how we can get a server where only the players who are in the tournament can play against each other?
In Hungary, and the central eu, there are so many players who whould like to show their skills. We whould like to let them.
