Apex Legends Twitch Prime gaming loot missing.

About a week ago I started to notice that I haven't received any of my twitch prime loot since I unlocked valkyrie to see the new prime gaming outfit that you get for free but the outfit wasn't there...

@EA_Illium I've already tried deleting my cookies/cache and I've went on a different website browser to make a new case but it still automatically states my case info and doesn't give me the option to "select a contact option".
