Apex Legends: Why do move slower on console when not holstereing weapons.

Respawn or EA plese fix this because I play on ps and console and when I started on pc I noticet that you can move faster and slid jump even when using a controller, I grind ranked on my xbox and now it can be annoying knowing how well pc players can move when holding weapons and I cannot. Please fix this and add cross progression.
