yoou are funny. a 500$ pc can not play games at a steady framerate a GOOD graphics card is at least 500$ you cannot buy/build a pc for under 500$
plus you never know anyones financial situation and calling someone a disgrace for using a keyboard on console is just the reason why most gamers hate people like you honestly let him do what he wants
Actually I built my own pc and it costed me 450 AUD to build and its much better than my PS4. Though I do think giving PS4 players the option to play with mouse and keyboard would be a great decision

DadPhilly I7 2600k, RX 580, 24 gbs of ram ddr3, with 1.5 tb of storage
The i7 2600k cost me 80$, the RX580(8gb model) cost 175$, a new psu cost me 105$ and the rest of the system cost 90$. This was in Australia so prices may vary in other countries
