apex legends

i left apex for 1 year and i wanted to log in again to play and i was level 1 with nothing ... i do now know why .. i am playing the game since the start ..please help

@1tsMeAnToN Man. Everyday I check these forum post, and it just gets worse and worse. Nightmare scenarios people are dealing with regarding this customer service by Electronic Arts. I’m in a similar boat with you. Recently permanently banned. I’ve accepted it and cut my losses. But still baffled everyday I read these forum post. Just daily corruption. I’ve never seen anything like it from a place of business.

@1tsMeAnToN Either this or the season before. Can’t remember. They changed everyone’s “level”. Like if you were level 500 it reset to 1. I think that’s what you’re referring to. But skins badges and all that stuff should’ve transferred.

@GeezyTHEgiver i wish ... i have nothing no skins no guns no legends... and i talked with the support and they an not do anything.. its just lost.. 500 euros of skins and so many hours just lost! and i have emails from my last account but nothing they do not care ...
