I heard about this today and it sounds super interesting!
I think really the limits for a weapon like this is that it's ammo would be limited to just that one weapon. I love the idea of having a more risk/reward weapon in the game, and having something silent like a compound bow would mean getting third partied less while sniping.
This is why I want the Supressor as a barrel mod.
@BigBlackCaustic Yeah, draw time and notching an arrow would essentially make it behave like a bolt action mechanics wise, you'd obviously have more fall to contend with too so it would be quite easily balanced.
@ExpertEpic99 a lot of people have requested the gold barrels secondary function be a silencer but respawn don't seem interested. ☹️
