- @Hoovaire check your settings.cfg file, in Saved Games.
See if it's set to Read-Only or not, if you want to be able to change in-game, it should be unchecked. - DarthValtrex4 years agoHero (Retired)@Koochi-Q I'll take the never stop playing solution but I'll need a source of income.
@DarthValtrex I mean if you never stop your life expectancy should drop dramatically so income won't be a problem. 😛

Go to C:/users/(your username or id number)/saved games/Respawn/Apex/local
Open the settings.cfg with notepad and change the
"mouse_sensitivity "0.7"
mouse_use_per_scope_sensitivity_scalars "1"
mouse_zoomed_sensitivity_scalar_0 "1..0"
mouse_zoomed_sensitivity_scalar_1 "0.8"
mouse_zoomed_sensitivity_scalar_2 "1.0"
mouse_zoomed_sensitivity_scalar_3 "1.0"
mouse_zoomed_sensitivity_scalar_4 "1.145000"
mouse_zoomed_sensitivity_scalar_5 "1.180000"
mouse_zoomed_sensitivity_scalar_6 "1.0"
mouse_zoomed_sensitivity_scalar_7 "1.0""To the ones you like
example ""mouse_sensitivity "0.35"
Now save the file with either ctrl + s or just save over the cfg
Right click the file, properties and make it read only.
That should help with the issue.
