Apex Skill Based Matchmaking is Terrible
The sbmm in apex legends is the worst I’ve seen in any video game. I’m almost level 400 so I’ve been around the block. But can I just say since I was level 80, I’ve been playing against preds and level 500 players. Now i understand that the sbmm is used in your damage and such, which is reasonable to a degree! But when I play 30 games in a row, pubs or not, and still get destroyed by people who are preds and can solo wipe lobby’s, it makes me wanna delete the game ngl. It’s so frustrating!! It also sucks because I usually end up dying to pc preds. Like cmon?? Like fr if you went on a vacation and came back like a month later to start playing apex again, you would get absolutely obliterated because the sbmm stays the same even if you leave. And I’m sure there’s going to be people who say that sbmm is just fine, but the people who say that are usually preds or sweaty raith mains that could solo the lobby. Just saying 🤷♂️
