@EA_Illium Once again, I am please asking you to refund my purchase. on your side it does not even cost you anything, on my side, it has cost me 40 dollars that I was planning on saving for future skins and cosmetics. Please I am asking you just take the skin away and give me my coins back. I know it is possible. It doesn’t hurt to help a active member of the game’s community and supporter. I have spent over 100 dollars on this game and you can’t even think twice to actually help me? Thank you for your time

@REE_IM_A_COWBOY As mentioned above, "once currency is spent in-game, we (EA/Respawn) do not offer a way to refund or exchange the currency you used on the item". All sales are final. You even stated in your initial post that the situation arose because you were not paying attention. If you have spent over $100 dollars on Apex, I find it hard to believe that you were not aware you can purchase content with 2 different currencies (coins or tokens). You are expecting a refund/exchange because of something you did. It is not EA or Respawn's fault, in any capacity. Also, 1,800 Apex coins is equivalent to $18, not $40
- 4 years ago@dSKyNafinchin I spent 40 in one sitting. And I do understand it is my fault. And I have said it once and I’ll say it a million times. I’m it does not hurt your side to remove the skin from my account and give me my coins back. How many times do I have to beg before something happens? There is no reason why you can not cooperate. Please help me. Thank you for your time.
