@hayhor I forgot to address your comment about the "10 year plan."
Something I think you and possibly even the devs fail to realize is that if another game comes out that is able to match Apex's pace, intensity, uniqueness and be able to update/fix bugs on a daily basis, half the Apex player base would disappear literally overnight and would continue to half until its completely dead. Just like Anthem, H1Z1, PUBG, etc. Each of them were king of the hill for a short time, then something new came out and then bam, poof, gone. Forever.
@Sand_spitter & @B3ntar mentioned this at the end of their posts, as have many others. It doesn't matter if they have a 100 year game plan. If they don't keep up with these small issues, then nothing will save Apex.

I fully realize that at some point this will happen regardless of what they do, like with every game. But Apex is still fresh. Two and half years old in the competitive world is nothing.. CSGO is almost a decade old and is still the king of competitive fps. Not only that, they make an absurd profit margin every year now for how little development they put in. Funny enough, they're actually making more money than ever before now that its a free game.
Why? Because they never gave up on fixing the small issues, balancing weapons, adding new maps, gave people the ability to modify their own servers/the game (mods such as zombie escape, HS only servers, minigames and so forth) but most importantly they listened & learned from the community.

Every so often I see some new faces in the forums and see those people posting the same stuff that's been posted a million times before. Then I think to myself, yeah, welcome to Apex.. If most people are complaining about the same things, old and new players alike, shouldn't a light bulb come on in someone's head at some point? But it just doesn't. They keep pumping out content, keep making money, keep advertising their game and making trailers supposedly showing how awesome everything is but as soon as people start to invest some real time into the game all the ugly aspects of Apex rears its head, and by that time it's too late because their already hooked. It's like driving a car that keeps letting you down, but you keep driving it because you love it so much, hoping that one day someone will find the parts you need to fix it but no one ever does.

@Sand_spitter one of the best analogies I've seen in a long time

Recently posted the OP to Reddit for * and giggles. The response was shocking, basically total ignorance and/or bots protecting the devs. Starting to make me think this game is already "dead"

Lol. Unfortunately Reddit has been overrun by toxic ignorant low life losers and trolls for some time now. Avoid. The devs stopped responding to public posts long ago and they get quite a bit of heat on every social platform quite often but it doesn't seem to be making any difference anyway so yeah.. Season after season, same issues. At this point I just wish that whatever is in development by other developers would hurry up already so we can at least have one decent shooter on the market and I can finally delete this horrid game.
