@Sand_spitter The main issue with performance issues is they cheaped out and never hired anyone who can actually do it. I think it was before season 4 they hired a "senior" network engineer. Any who works in IT knows titles are pretty loose in what knowledge the holder of said title can actually do.
I am convinced they never had anyone that can really get this game performing good on the servers let alone the networking wise.

Whatever happened to the new studio and larger team that as being focused towards apex?
I remember reading this a long time ago, did it ever happen? Because I can't say I'm feeling any difference in the game.
@MandatoryIDtag I think the company/devs do alotta barking but not much biting.. as a compromise it seems like they're resorting to "transparency" which really doesn't mean much unless we actually start to see improvements but they love to add new content as if its gonna save the game!
@ZeosTW Possibly, I'll look into later and see what's going on lol....with regards to my question specifically rona would've been a big spanner in the works so that could be why I guess.
As for the transparency thing, I honestly can't give them any hate for this. As a community we've been demanding this for a couple of years now and we're finally starting to see some improvements on this front from respawn.
For the record I'm not just defending respawn for the sake of it here, I've always been highly critical of all their actions, i'll praise the good and speak out against the bad.
There's definitely still a vast amount of work to be done on this game if they actually want to make their "10 year plan" anything more than a pipedream.....but its babysteps I guess.
