Arena rematch option

@BellywitBladadah I think this is a good idea, it would be cool if you could challenge people like this.

I also think it would be good if you could do a club battle too.

@BellywitBladadah this is actually a great idea for arenas. I love the rematch feature in Rocket League!

I'm with you though. It should be something like 2/3 on each team vote for it, the rematch request initiates and it gives everyone option to accept/decline. If anyone declines, no rematch.
