Audio software, will it get me banned?

Hi,

Since season 5 of apex legends I have really low audio in-game with apex legends, for example my computers sound and everything I went through is maxed out, I've checked the volume mixer when apex is running and its full, and when windows has any sounds they blast my ear off as everything is maxed, I know I can put down system sounds but that's not the issue or question.

I have found a program called Letasoft Sound Booster, to boost the overall sound on my computer but I was wondering before I use it on apex if respawn will pick this up as 3rd party software as a hack per-say and ban me for using said software?

I really hope not as I am struggling with the audio, I have tried everything even to different launch options and editing the config files, updates on audio drivers and registry changes and still to no avail.

This will would help me if I could use it but I have spent a ton of money in the game so I don't want to jeopardize any account issues.
