I don't care if they gave controller players 100% aimbot. Just put us in different lobbies. Do you think it's normal that a player with 20 000 kills can barely defeat some random controller player with two kills? Yes or no?
@YaBoyMirage
Hmmmmm. One of us may be missing something here. Yes, I'd like to see pc and console segregated. No, I do not believe "the vast majority of controller players don't miss a lot of bullets." Maybe you mean pc controller players? Don't know on that one. Console controller players miss plenty of shots.
"Do you think it's normal that a player with 20 000 kills can barely defeat some random controller player with two kills?"
No, I don't. And in my mostly-console lobbies this doesn't happen unless "two kill" guy is a Smurf. Which in case you didn't know is very much a thing in this game.
When you talk about the problems that mnk players face against pc controller players it makes a lot of sense, and I agree with you. When you make blanket statements such as, "the vast majority of controller players don't miss a lot of bullets," my mind does not auto-fill the word "pc" in front of "controller players," and it makes me think you're insane. Sorry if that makes me seem like a troll.
- 2 years ago@reconzero You nailed it.
Unfortunately this is a complaint thread semi-disguised as an anti-aim assist thread.
I think many people who hate aim assist have an aneurism when they see people supporting the idea of segregated lobbies while simultaneously highlighting the advantages of MnK input (despite controller AA).
I’m a high level console player (that is no where near pro level, but still in the top 5% of players overall). I don’t hit “every shot” like the OP suggests. Maybe that’s because I’m not using a strikepack or macros like 80% of the people in the top MMR console lobbies— but it is what it is.
This ENTIRE argument decays into the simple fact that inputs should be separated. I don’t care what side of the argument someone is on— players should have a choice on what input they play on AND against.- 2 years ago
@Axs5626Sxa5001 100% true. Problem is that there isnt enough players for that.
People begged for crossprogression for years. It was probably ready to release long time ago but they delayed it to keep game alive.
If you would separate input the MM would be even worse for casual gamers with extra long queue times.
Also if we go that route would there be lobbies for full MnK, full roller, full console, console + pc roller, console + MnK and roller + MnK squads?
Would take hours to get a match with current player numbers LOL.
Add PvE with difficulty options where everyone plays against same "input" enemy and everyone can play on whatever input they like.
Heck might even dig up the old Thrustmaster wheel with pedals for some fun gaming moments. - 2 years ago@Axs5626Sxa5001 Yes you nailed it, it all stems from mixed lobbies.
so why hasn't this issues been addressed and fixed yet, you think?
