Average players with godlike aim

Last few days I’m getting placed in lobbies of average players with average amount of kills and average badges, who all seem to have better aim than shroud. They do NOT miss a bullet.

I just played a tdm match against a triple masters octane player who was obviously a good player, yet he was at the bottom of the scoreboard, getting outclassed by random level 200 players who just do not miss a bullet. Yet they have movement and gamesense of a carton of milk.

Am I being placed in cheater lobbies, or people with strikepacks or what?

Again, this isnt me crying or complaining that someone outaimed me, i can recognize when someone is actually a good player. But these are people with seemingly little skill and close to zero gamesense who aim better than aceu. What is going on?
