Bad matchmaking, im lvl 10 getting put in 500lvl lobbies

Hey so i just started playing apex for the first time with my friend, yesterday we had a lot of fun and won some games but then today we wanted to play and we got matched up with 500lvl 4k 20 tryhards and we get killed by the first guy se see… Can anyone help how to fix the matchmaking cause i would really like to play apex cause its a lot of fun but this just leaves us mad at the game.

SBMM is a complete joke in Apex. I get matched with & against players WAAAAYYY better than me ALL the time. Complete crap.

@Degrasword You play with a friend, you go against teams with their own friends.

@DegraswordIt's as cheese said. And if you are doing well you'll face better players. Level doesn't mean anything.

@Degrasword If you were getting multiple wins on your first day then the system rightly figured you were ready for a steeper climb.

@Degrasword Yes I know where you’re coming from but there isn’t enough pre-made squads in your skill level. You being in a pre-made squad is huge advantage compared to a completely random squad in the same skill level hence forced to play against other pre-mades regardless of skill. I know it’s frustrating since I’m always in a 3-man diamond squad going against pre-made masters and pred squads.

@Degrasword It doesn't matter. To the game, if you started off with wins and kills you appear to be a smurf. No one that is really new to apex or an fps does well with apex. It has a pretty steep learning curve. My guess is you are both experienced with fps.
